Nestled between the Wabash and Eel river, Logansport is the county seat of Cass County. In 2008 Logansport was designated as a Preserve America Community protecting Logansport’s local heritage and encouraging the use of historic assets for community revitalization.

Logansport has ample trails and parks to host community events and seasonal events. Logansport’s trails include Eel River Run, Fairview Park Loop, Huston Park Trails, Little Turtle Waterway Trail, Riverside Park Loop, River Bluff Trail, Spencer Park Loop, and Tower Park Loop. Other local trails include the Panhandle Pathway and France Park Trail. Logansport is alive with events programming like the Summer Sundown Music Festival, Taste of Cass County, Art on the Avenue, 4th of July Celebration, and 2 Rivers Music Festival Christmas in the Park.
